Here at Come Celebrate Me Home, we believe that the death of the body does not mean the death of the spirit. We embrace death as a natural transition leading to a continuation of life of the spirit in a different realm.
*We support you in your end-of-life processes including practical, emotional, and spiritual guidance for those dying and preparing for their own transition.
*We honor the dying by gathering family and friends together to celebrate love, life, and their impact on others. These Celebrations of Living are held virtually or in-person prior to the time of transition so your loved one can witness it and/or participate. Imagine giving the gift of a celebration where your dying loved one hears heartfelt words showing that their life made a difference, touched hearts, and changed lives.
*We support those who are grieving the upcoming transition of a dying loved one or have experienced loss. We provide services to assist you in working through your grief process.
